Pressotherapy Lymphatic Drainage

Pressotherapy Lymphatic Drainage

Revitalise your body, boost circulation, and relieve stubborn fluid retention with our advanced Zemits Sisley 2.0 Pressotherapy body treatment in Woodley, Reading.

Pressotherapy is an innovative, non-invasive compression therapy that uses specialised air-pressure garments across the legs, waist, and arms. Through gentle, sequential, wave-like compression, it stimulates natural lymphatic circulation, contours tissue, and relieves heavy, fatigued limbs.

Key Benefits of Pressotherapy

  • Enhanced Lymphatic Drainage: Actively supports the body’s natural elimination of excess fluid and metabolic waste.
  • Body Contouring & Skin Firmness: Helps smooth the visible appearance of cellulite, tones underlying tissue, and promotes firmer, smoother-looking skin.
  • Relief for Heavy, Swollen Legs: Boosts venous return, alleviates temporary swelling, and eases leg fatigue.
  • Recovery & Rehabilitation: Speeds up muscle recovery and eases tension after sports training or surgical procedures by reducing tissue oedema.
  • Relaxation & Vitality: Activates peripheral circulation, oxygenates tissues, and promotes whole-body relaxation.

Important Client Health Note:
A medical consultation form is completed prior to treatment. If you have any diagnosed medical conditions or contraindications, written approval from your GP is required before booking your session.

Recommended Treatment Schedule

For the most noticeable and lasting results, a structured course of 10 to 15 sessions is recommended.

  • Frequency: Sessions should be spaced 2 to 4 days apart to allow your body adequate time to process and eliminate mobilised fluids. Treatments should not be carried out every day.
  • Maintenance: Maintain your results with 1 monthly top-up session or a repeat course every 6 months.

Pre-Care & What to Wear

  • What to Wear: Please wear or bring clean, soft clothing consisting of a lightweight long-sleeved top or T-shirt, soft leggings or cotton trousers, and clean socks. Avoid tight belts, rigid seams, or denim.
  • Jewellery: All jewellery must be removed before entering the compression garments.
  • Preparation:
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support the lymphatic system.
  • Avoid heavy meals for at least 1 hour prior to your appointment.
  • Empty your bladder immediately before treatment begins.

Aftercare Advice

  • Drink 1.5 to 2 litres of fresh water over the following 24 hours to help flush released fluids.
  • Avoid strenuous workouts and heavy meals for at least 1 hour after your session.
  • Increased urination over the rest of the day is completely normal and confirms active lymphatic drainage.
