PRE CARE PROTOCOLS

To ensure your body is perfectly prepared to receive the maximum contouring benefits, please follow these steps:

Hydration: Drink at least two litres of water daily for several days prior to your session. Optimal hydration is absolutely essential to support efficient lymphatic fluid movement.

Alcohol: Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your application, as it dehydrates the tissue and slows down metabolic processing.

Exfoliation: On the morning of your treatment, thoroughly exfoliate the target area for a few minutes using an exfoliating mitt or dry brush. This process removes dead cells and clears the pores, allowing the gel to enter the skin seamlessly.

AFTER CARE PROTOCOLS

Flush with Fluids: Following your session, you must drink a minimum of two litres of fresh water. This fluid actively helps your system flush out any released toxins and trapped cellular fluid.

Headache Prevention: However, if you do not drink enough water post-treatment, you may experience a mild headache caused by localized dehydration. If this occurs, simply increase your water intake immediately.

Skin Sensitivity: You may notice slight temporary cooling, warming, or superficial redness on the treated skin. Nevertheless, this is completely normal and typically resolves within a few hours.

Alcohol Restrictions: Avoid alcohol completely for 24 hours after your treatment. Since the system processes alcohol before formatting anything else, drinking will temporarily halt the active contouring and drainage process.

* Applying liquid lipo, and wrapping prior to the sauna blanket helps in several ways:
